And for the lovers..............

As i was driving home last night, i heard an ad on the radio for a valentine's show in Lagos on February 10th. The artists performing include: Chante Moore, Kenny Lattimore, 112, Donell Jones, Dbanj, Asa etc. This show will be held at Oceanview restaurant and the gate fee is N60,000.

I predict a lot of sweet music, ballads, some tears shed and maybe a kiss or 2

I WANT TO GO..............................

Ehn? 60K?? For what?? Rubbish! I mean, it will be romantic and all, but what the hell? I wouldn't pay that amount if I could afford it. Ah ah, is it because they're in Naija? Would they dare ask 4 that much money here? Wat nonsense!

if I have a romantic bone in my body, i haven't found it yet, but still I can't say that I wouldn't spend 60k on this if i could afford it.

For example if you and your babe met while "where i wanna be" was playing and u've been together for 10 years now, could you really say that you won't take her to see Donnel.

Now of course if you want to take ur latest sturves just to get ur leg over, you are still retarded even if u r as rich as Bill Gates.

So i see i have some incurable romantics like me and the more logical people that will consider the cost first. LOL. Well seeing as i am one of those that has bought an $800 ticket to fly to see a boyfriend for Val's day since he couldnt come to me, i am not one of the logical ones. LOL

TMinx: Sounds interesting oh....

I kinda wondered why most of these American artists were flocking to Nigeria. Now I get it. At £240 a ticket, who wouldn’t? Shame how we are willing to get ripped off just to ‘belong’. The list is endless….mobile phone charges….

Sometimes I feel back for nigerian dudes...they are going to be hella broke this month with events like this...
I feel u only live once, if you can afford it...y not

N60,000 thats like £220 I think it's ok as per it's for 2 people and you do get a 3 course meal also. Not forgetting the line up is fab.. if you can afford it go Ahead...:)

Nonsense, pay $450 for Chante, Kenny Latimmore, 112, wth, dammit buy a CD. Take your babe to a restaurant, come back play CD, light up candles, toast and read a poem, wash her feet and it still will cost u no more than N10,000 and she'll enjoy it wayyyyyyy better!
How do people fall for such crap??? Naija sef. I need to go into concert promoting!
