Infinity - Aye Ole
This song is by the Nigerian gospel group Infinity and its my favorite track off their album. The song is in yoruba and the title means - Life is not hard. Its amazingly beautiful and then the video... very different...might be available on you tube so check it out.
Now on to these pictures....I ask WHY?
I know they are simply extreme piercings but again why? Will these ladies walk around topless so the corset shows? I dont get it. Life isnt this complicated...Ish
Ewwww!!!

Why? I'm wincing in pain just looking at those pictures - extreme pain.
ReplyDeletei had no idea the song was a cover, although i shoulda guessed, noone does 'un-covered' hooks these days!
ReplyDeletethe piercings remind me of this episode of ripleys, where this couple put like, fishing hooks in their backs and hung from a pole/bar held by the hooks in their friends' backs. it was a 'spiritual' wedding, and so the minister/whatever also hung from hooks. WHAT a bloodfest. they almost passed out, the lot of them.
however i do kinda like the piercings that ran down the side. what?! i wouldnt do it, but it is an aesthetic to the artistic eye :P
wut d helllllll? that is just nasty!
ReplyDeleteok...i'm really trying to understand those pics.....is it boredom that would possess someone to inflict such on themselves? yuck!
ReplyDeleteHappy new yr babe!!
BLOOD OF JESUS!!!!what is this, these people are big fools...what nonsence
ReplyDeleteohmygawd, ewwwwwwwwwwwww
ReplyDeletei love ;'aye ole'
ReplyDeletealways have. always willl.
the voices. the sound. the words. the fact that it is in 'ijinle yoruba' that is the proverbs..i never knew i understood yoruba that well till that song...
